Confluence Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies is an international, peer-reviewed publication that provides a scholarly platform for original research, theoretical analysis, critical reflection, and the re-examination of established ideas or methodologies in a variety of disciplines.

Scope

SCOPE

The journal’s scope includes, but is not limited to, the following fields: Language and Linguistics, Literature, Culture and Cultural Studies, Translation Studies, Media Studies, Pedagogy, Digital Technologies, and e-Learning. It welcomes contributions that engage with these disciplines from diverse perspectives and methodologies. The journal publishes research articles, book reviews, and interviews.

Confluence is a biannual journal. Starting with Volume 2 (2026), the journal will publish two issues each year: one in January and one in July. The inaugural volume (2025) consists of a single issue published in July.

The journal also features Special Issues focused on particular themes or regions. These special issues provide a dedicated space for in-depth discussions on emerging topics or significant academic debates within a specific field. Individuals who are interested in guest-editing a special issue should download the Special Issue Proposal Form and submit their completed form via email to confluencejournal@uae.ac.ma.
